Elif has led community development programs across the region for over a decade and chairs dokun’s board with a focus on long-term impact.

Mark brings two decades of nonprofit financial management experience and oversees dokun’s budgeting and audit processes.

Ayşe manages board governance and record-keeping, and has volunteered with dokun’s education programs since their founding.

Jonas is an engineer by training and advises the board on the technical feasibility of our shelter and infrastructure projects.

Sara has a background in public health and helps guide dokun’s disaster response and nutrition programs.
